Web of Support — The Administrator’s Primer
Target Audience: K-12 Administrators(13.5 hours of viewing content)
This program was developed to “grow” educational leaders. Designed to inspire and educate aspiring and new educational leaders, this program provides the new principal or administrator with an overview of “the basics” to help them understand the roles and responsibilities of their new position. The program begins with an intensive eight-hour discussion on critical school law issues such as special education, family law, student discipline, student records, dress codes, uniforms, religious issues, drug searches and documentation. The later sections of the program help the new administrator deal with new job challenges like interviewing teacher candidates, campus and activity fund accounting, and many others. This program provides a solid foundation for the new administrator and is an excellent resource for all school administrators to have as they face the daily challenges of their day-to-day jobs.
