This program begins with Dr. Alan November’s overview of technology trends and how they might impact your school system. Increasing the technology competencies of your teachers and staff will be examined, including the implementation of a staff development model to support the use of technology in the classroom. Participants will examine the role of technology in the learning process via curriculum design, assessment, and instructional strategies. The key to the successful use of technology often depends on how an educational leader observes, evaluates, and encourages the use of technology among the faculty.
